Summary: Very disappointed. 1 chair in bedroom, TV had been switched off at mains and difficult to switch back on. Booked king bed and got double. Breakfast was awful, very poor coffee, orange juice from a carton and Eggs Benedict totally overcooked with solid yolks. No pricing on breakfast menu and charged £19 per head when worth probably half that at best. This hotel could be good but really needs to look at itself especially pricing which was high end for Ely and very poor value
